Umm..i have no suggestions. Can you boil water? Lot's of lovely things in baggies you can just boil up hot and eat.

Oh man - I am just glad nothing more happened.
It sucks though, my microwave was blue and blue ones are still expansive. Looks like I have to live without one for a while. :-(
